Overview
CompTIA PenTest+ certifies the ability to run a penetration test end to end: scoping and rules of engagement, reconnaissance and enumeration, vulnerability discovery and analysis, exploitation, post-exploitation and lateral movement, and finally a report the client can act on. The PT0-003 version, released in late 2024, covers networks, web applications, cloud, Active Directory environments and mobile applications, and gives more room to automation and modern tooling.
In Morocco, demand for penetration testing is growing as organisations mature: banks and insurers subject to Bank Al-Maghrib and ACAPS requirements, public bodies and critical infrastructure operators covered by Law 05-20 and DGSSI-framed audits, and consulting firms and nearshoring centres auditing European clients. PenTest+ stands out for the weight it gives to the legal framework, engagement management and reporting — skills Moroccan clients expect just as much as technical expertise.
Our 5-day (35-hour) course follows the five official PT0-003 exam domains and is built around hands-on labs with industry-standard tools (Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Active Directory tooling and more). It runs in class in Casablanca or Rabat, or as a live virtual classroom, and the exam voucher is included in the price.

Prerequisites
- Network+ and Security+ level knowledge or equivalent (recommended by CompTIA)
- Hands-on security experience; CompTIA recommends several years, ideally in a penetration testing or vulnerability assessment role
- Comfort with the Linux (Kali) and Windows command line, plus basic scripting (Bash, Python or PowerShell)
- Reading-level technical English, as the exam is taken in English

- Carry out passive and active reconnaissance and enumerate exposed services, users and resources
- Identify, analyse and prioritise vulnerabilities across networks, web applications, cloud and Active Directory environments
- Exploit vulnerabilities in a controlled way, then perform post-exploitation, privilege escalation and lateral movement
- Write a clear pentest report with an executive summary and prioritised remediation recommendations
- Automate parts of the test with scripts

How much does PenTest+ training cost in Morocco and what is included?
PenTest+ training starts at 12,900 MAD. The price includes 5 instructor-led days (35 hours), course materials, access to hands-on labs during the session, a practice exam and the voucher for the official PT0-003 exam.
What are the payment options?
You can pay by bank transfer or card. Payment in instalments can be arranged on request. For companies, we issue a quote and an invoice.
Can I attend the course remotely?
Yes. Sessions run in class in Casablanca and Rabat, or as a live virtual classroom. Online, you use the same labs and can interact with the instructor in real time.
What is the PT0-003 exam like?
The exam is delivered by Pearson VUE, either online with remote proctoring (OnVUE) or at a Pearson VUE test centre. It has up to 90 questions, including performance-based items, over 165 minutes. The passing score is 750 out of 900.
What level do I need for PenTest+ and what language is it taught in?
There are no mandatory prerequisites, but Network+ and Security+ level knowledge and Linux experience are strongly recommended. The course is taught in French or English; the exam is taken in English.
